Of A Great and Mighty Shadow, June 2016

Adams upcoming solo presentation, Of A Great and Mighty Shadow, will open at Angell Gallery, Toronto, June 3 and run until July 2, 2016. The exhibition is the artists first in North America and will present an entirely new body of paintings and works on paper.


Adam now represented in the UK by BEERS London

We are pleased to announce that after the success of his first UK solo presentation in 2015 Adam is now represented by BEERS London in the United Kingdom. Adams next exhibition with BEERS will be held in 2017.

Adam now represented by Angell Gallery in Canada

We are pleased to announce that Adam is now represented in Canada by Angell Gallery in Toronto. His first solo presentation, Of A Great and Mighty Shadow, will open there in early June, 2016.


A Long Obedience opens at BEERS London

Solo presentation in London

Adams first international solo exhibition will be on presentation at BEERS London from November 6th, 2015.

Adam selected for the 2015 Arthur Guy Prize

Adams painting The Other Side (The Omoo) 2012-15 has been selected for this years Arthur Guy Memorial Painting Prize. 

The work will be on display at the Bendigo Art Gallery until Nov 1, 2015.

Eden. Exile. Babel

Eden. Exile. Babel, a major exhibition of new works by Adam Lee, will open at Station, 9 Ellis St, South Yarra, Melbourne, from February 28th running until March 21st. Check www.stationgallery.com.au for gallery hours and images.

New works for 2015 solo exhibition


Adam is currently developing a body of new works for a solo presentation at Station in March, 2015.


Belle magazine feature


Adam has been featured in the November edition of Belle, in a showcase of upcoming Australian artists, designers and creatives.

Group exhibition at Station, Melbourne


Adam will show two new watercolours as a part of In the Dust of This Planet at Station in Melbourne, along with Steve Carr, James Deutsher, Anna Kristensen, Tim McMonagle, TV Moore, Michelle Ussher and Ronnie van Hout. Show runs until November 22nd, 2014.
